Kicherer Press Release:

The expectations were great and the premature praises were naturally just as numerous. And nevertheless many experts were surprised that the new E-Class has fulfilled the high expectations

in virtually all points. Only the very modern – and from some perspectives somewhat angular – design of the body caused sporadic raised eyebrows amongst purist Mercedes fans. Yet if one takes the frequency as a yardstick in which the E-Class is currently en route in the streetscape, one has to state without exaggeration that it has once again completely convinced its clientele!

There is no question that folks at Mercedes specialist Kicherer have also quickly given thoughts to a possible tuning program for the new E-Class. And as usual the result is once again exquisite. An E-Class model with the AMG bodywork

which has been refined with a plethora of outrageously expensive carbon fiber parts served as the basis. For instance, the specialists from the vicinity of Lake Constance treated the vehicle (called W212 internally) to a carbon front spoiler for a plus in downforce on the front axle, a side skirt kit with integrated carbon tubes for better channelling of air stream on the flanks and a rear spoiler which is optionally available in carbon or also in matching car colour. On the other hand, the carbon mirror shells probably belong to any good Mercedes conversion in the meantime. A carbon rear diffuser with integrated exhaust deflectors also provides for a plus in downforce, but in this case on the rear axle.

The E-Class gains even more exclusiveness thanks to the forged and handcrafted Kicherer RS-1 lightweight wheels, which turn in 20 inches and a 245 series tyres in front and a 285 series tyres in the rear wheel housings. Tanks to a lowering “made by Kicherer” with customary sporty characteristic line, the chassis clearly presses in the direction of the asphalt surface and makes the fast luxury limousine as swift as a weasel. For the interior Kicherer now even has a self-developed ergonomic leather sports steering wheel on offer, as well as a foot mat set with exclusive leather bordure.

But that is not enough. In addition to various performance increases, including Vmax removal, Kicherer is presenting new tachometer units,

a differential lock and exclusive high-performance braking systems for sports-oriented E-Class owners.
