Lexus revealed this week the price and the full specifications (including the performance figures) of the top-of-the-range RC F. The Lexus RC F is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 engine that develops 450 hp and 518 Nm of torque. According to the official specs, the Lexus RC F is able to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds. Lexus says that the RC F is able to run the quarter mile in 12.5 seconds at a top speed of 170 mph. The main rival of the Lexus RC F is the new M3 coupe replacement, the BMW M4. The M4 Bimmer has a smaller 3.0-liter turbocharged engine that develops 431 hp and 550 Nm of torque. The M4 needs 4.1 seconds to get from nought to 62 mph (100 km/h). This means that the Lexus RC F has less power and it's slower to 62 mph (100 km/h) than its main rival.
The Lexus RC F's price has been set at $62,400, which does not include the destination charge.
