McLaren announced today their new Bespoke Services program, which will be available at first for the MP4-12C. McLaren Special Operations presented the first bespoke MP4-12C at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. The supercar featured a Volcano Orange exterior finish and various carbon fiber aerodynamic parts. The bespoke McLaren MP4-12C from Pebble Beach was also equipped with a gloss black roof, and custom wheels with black accents. The carbon fiber parts offered by McLaren's Bespoke program for the MP4-12C include sill panels, a steering wheel, front wheel arch louvers, engine cover vents, a rear deck vent and a wiper system cover.

McLaren did not release a price list for their new parts offered through the MP4-12C Bespoke Services, but we're sure they'll do in the near

future. You can view a video presentations of the various parts offered through McLaren's new service lower down this page.

Apart from the bright orange MP4-12C, McLaren also showed up in Pebble Beach with a chromed version of the supercar. This second MP4-12C was painted by McLaren Racing using the AkzoNobel Sikkens chrome coating as the one on the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Formula 1 cars. The chrome-like paint is lightweight, and it's designed to minimize friction and to dry very quickly. Unfortunately, McLaren says that the awesome chrome paintwork is not available commercially.
