The performance specialists from McChip-DKR revealed today a new power package for the Audi RS5 coupe. The Mcchip Audi RS5 supercharged is powered by the factory 4.2 FSI V8 engine, which is mated to a 7-speed S-tronic transmission. McChip fitted their Audi RS5 with a supercharger kit called MC5XX, which adds 100 hp and 120 Nm of torque to the coupe's power output. This means that the Mcchip Audi RS5 develops 550 hp. This is just the "Stage 1" of Mcchip’s compressor kit for the RS5, which includes software optimization and an intercooler. The Stage 1 is priced at 19.999 Euro. The Mcchip RS5 Stage 2 comes with 580 hp and 565 Nm of torque and comes with sports cats. Mcchip's RS5 Stage 2 kit is priced at 23,999 Euro. There's also a Stage 3 Mcchip RS5 that comes with a modified manifold pressure.
Stage 3 develops 600 hp and 590 nm of torque and is priced at 26.999 Euro.
Thanks to the extra horsepowers and the removal of the top speed limiter, Mcchip's supercharged Audi RS5 is able to reach a top speed of 200 mph (320 km/h).
