Audi updates the RS5 high-performance coupe for the 2013 model year. The 2013 Audi RS5 comes with improved performance, revised styling and extra equipment. The Audi RS5 (2013) is powered by the same 450 PS V8 engine, but it now accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.5 seconds (previously 4.6). Its top speed continues to be limited to 155 mph (250 km/h). Audi8 managed to improve the efficiency of the RS5, which now emits 246 g/km CO2, instead of 252g/km, and has a 26.9 mpg fuel economy, instead of 26.2 mpg. In terms of new equipment, the Audi RS5 2013 comes as standard with DVD navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control and the Music Interface iPod connection.

The 2013 Audi RS5's price list for the UK market starts at £58,725 GBP OTR.

The RS5's Sport Package will cost you an additional £2,250 GBP, for which you'll get the Dynamic Ride Control, a sports exhaust system, dynamic steering and 20-inch alloys.

In terms of design, the Audi RS5 (2013) features a slightly modified front grille, sharper bonnet contours, new LED daytime running lights and rear lights and revised bumpers. There are also a few interior design changes too. The Audi's 2013 RS5 comes with a flat-bottomed three-spoke steering wheel, and revised air conditioning, Multi Media Interface, mirror adjustment, electric window switchgear, gear lever and instrument stalks.

The Audi RS5 (2013) is powered by a naturally-aspirated 4.2-litre V8 which is good for 450PS at 8,250 rpm and 430 Nm of torque between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission and Audi's quattro permanent all-wheel-drive system.
