Over the week-end, the first images of the 2011 Audi RS5 have leaked online as a brochure of the new model probably got into wrong hands. Unfortunately, the brochure did not contain any technical details on the new 2011 Audi RS5. Speculations say the 2011 Audi RS5 might be powered by anything from a version of the supercharged 3.0-liter V6 in the Audi S4 to the monster under the hood of the R8 V10. This would mean the 2011 Audi RS5 will have under its hood a 5.2-liter V10 engine. The power output of the 2011 Audi RS5 might range between 420 hp to a little less than 580 hp.
Regarding the gearbox options, the leaked information says the 2011 Audi RS5 will be available with only one choice -
the 7-speed dual clutch S-tronic transmission. there's no word whether or not the 2011 Audi RS5 will also be available as a manual.
