Various sources are reporting today that Daimler is working on a new Mercedes B Class AMG, which means the future might bring a Mercedes B63 AMG, or even a Mercedes B65 AMG. The Mercedes B Class AMG will most probably be power by the newly unveiled AMG 5.5 V8 biturbo engine that develops between 544 hp and 571 hp with torque between 800 Nm and 900 Nm. This is a lot of power for an MPV. However, some sources believe the Mercedes B Class AMG will not get this levels of power and that it will have a 4-cylinder engine to put it in the same 'class' as the Golf R32 and the Audi S3. We'll just have to wait and see what will happen.
However, there will be some time until we'll se a Mercedes B Class AMG on the roads, because the company has to release the new version of the B Class next year. The Mercedes B Class AMG will follow.
