Loewenstein revealed recently a new aftermarket program for the Mercedes CLA45 AMG, which includes a powerkit and a wide body kit. Loewenstein's power package for the CLA45 AMG includes a re-mapped ECU, a new downpipe with a sport catalytic converter, a more capable intake system, and sport air filters. As a result, the 2.0-liter engine of the Mercedes CLA45 AMG develops 425 hp and 540 Nm of torque. The standard version of the CLA54 puts out 360 hp and 450 Nm. Unfortunately, Loewenstein did not disclose the performance figures of their modified CLA45. The car sits on a set of 8.5x20 and 10x20 concave wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport high-performance tires. The tuner can also provide a set of 20-inch RENNSPORT rims.
Loewenstein's wide body kit for the Mercedes CLA45 AMG is made of carbon fiber and it increases the width of the four-door coupe by 20 mm at the front and by 40 mm at the rear. It includes wider wheel arches, front and rear aprons, side skirts, a rear diffuser, a boot lid spoiler and a new hood.
The price of these modifications has not been disclosed yet.
