The aftermarket specialists from Carlsson revealed recently a powerkit for the popular Mercedes G63 AMG 6x6. As you know, Merc's standard version of the 6x6 G63 AMG is powered by the 5.5-liter V8 biturbo engine that produces 544 hp and 760 Nm. Thanks to Carlsson's power kit, now the Mercedes G63 6x6 develops 650 hp and 900 Nm of torque. Called the CK63 Performance Kit, the power package includes a plug-and-play ECU that's inserted between the factory unit and the engine. It remaps the fuelling, ignition and boost. Apart from the new powerkit, Carlsson is offering various styling upgrades too. These include leather and Alcantara upholstery, wood and carbon fiber trim parts, illuminated door sills, floor mats made of soft suede or Merino sheepskin.
For the interior of the G63 6x6, Carlsson is also offering stainless steel scuff plates, and aluminum door-lock pins and foot-pedal pads.
Carlsson did not disclose the price of their new upgrades for the Mercedes G63 6x6.
