As if it was not obvious enough, various sources are reporting today that the Porsche 918 Spyder will eventually enter the production line. However, don't take out your check books yet. Inside sources say it will be another five years at least until the production version of the Porsche 918 Spyder will hit the streets. Prepare yourself for a long line of spy photos and videos of the Porsche 918 Spyder production version.
No technical details of the new model are known yet. Not even how much of the technical part of the concept will be transferred to the production version of the Porsche 918 Spyder. However, major design elements of the concept are to be expected from the road car.
