Rotary Supercars, the German manufacturer which a few months ago was announcing the 1,200 hp RSC Raptor GT, is now disclosing the fact that it's working on an even more powerful machine. Called the RSC SuperRaptor CF, the version will develop 2,800 hp. RSC also released the first teaser image of the SuperRaptor CF. The new model will be powered by a 5.2-liter 8-rotor rotary engine, with 3 injectors per rotor, which will output 2,800 hp / 2089 kW and 2,580 lb/ft of torque which is almost 3,500 Nm. the new engine of the RSC SuperRaptor CF will be equipped with a high pressure dry sump oil system, an E-Tec engine management system, and 2 catalytic converters. To get this huge amount of power out of the engine, RSC also quips it with a forced induction

system featuring four turbochargers and a water-to-air intercooler.

RSC's official performance figures of the SuperRaptor CF say it can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in less than 0.9 seconds and from 0 to 600 km/h in less than 7 seconds. We're talking top fuel dragster performance here! We'll have to see if RSC are really going to pull this off or not. These figures seem to be a bit too extreme, to say the least, for a road legal vehicle.

We'll have more details on the RSC SuperRaptor CF as soon as they're available.
