The premiere of the Subaru Forester 2.0D boxer diesel has been announced for the 2008 Paris Motor Show that starts in October. The Subaru Forester 2.0D boxer diesel develops 147 PS at 3600 rpm and 258 lb ft torque between 1800 rpm and 2400 rpm. The Subaru Forester 2.0D offers a 44.8 mpg fuel economy in a combined cycle and a 167 g/km CO2 emissions level.
The Subaru Forester 2.0D boxer diesel is equipped with the Symmetrical AWD (all-wheel-drive) system and boasts the lowest CO2 emission level in the compact SUV category.
The Subaru Forester 2.0D boxer diesel price has not been announced yet, but it will go on sale in the UK at the end of September this year.
