Video: Fiat 500 TwinAir Review

 »  »  »

This new Fiat 500 TwinAir review video takes a slightly different approach to car comparison tests. The two-cylinder powered Fiat 500 TwinAir is compared in this new clip with its ancestor, the original Cinquecento, which also powered by a 2-cylinder engine. The current model Fiat 500 TwinAir is powered by a small, 875cc engine, that develops 84 hp at 5500 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 1900 rpm. Taking into account the size of its heart, the Fiat 500 TwinAir is quite a decent ride in terms of performance. The 0 to 60 mph acceleration takes 11 seconds and the top speed is rated at over 100 mph. These numbers are made possible thanks to its low weight, of only 900 kg.

The Fiat 500 TwinAir is a vehicle made for the

urban environment, it offers a low 95g/km of CO2, but unfortunately, you won't be winning any fuel economy competitions with it.

Watch the new Cinquecento get compared to its ancestor in the Fiat 500 TwinAir review video after the jump.
