VW has released in Germany the Volkswagen Tiguan Freestyle special edition that comes at an extra 1610 EUR over a similarly equipped standard model. The extra kit offered with the Volkswagen Tiguan Freestyle includes 16 inch alloy wheels, more comfortable front seats, fog lamps, a park assist system and a new lighting package. The Volkswagen Tiguan Freestyle is also fitted with new textile floor mats, cruise control, heated front seats, heated windshield washer nozzles and a headlamp cleaning system.
The Volkswagen Tiguan Freestyle is offered with either the 1.4 liter TSI engine with Blue Motion Technology that outputs 90 kW (122 hp). The new package can also be ordered with petrol engines developing between 150 hp and 170 hp or diesels
with 110 to 140 hp.
Other options offered by the Volkswagen Tiguan Freestyle package include the 4MOTION all-wheel drive system and the 7-speed dual-clutch DSG gearbox.
