This 2008 BMW M3 vs Mercedes C63 AMG video presents a comparison between the two cars made by the guys at Fifth Gear. The 2008 BMW M3 is powered by a V8 engine developing 420 hp and 400 Nm of torque with a 0-62 mph acceleration time of 4.8 seconds. The Mercedes C63 AMG is powered by a V8 engine that develops 451 hp and 600 Nm of torque with a 0-60 mph acceleration time of 4.3 seconds.

The 2008 BMW M3 vs Mercedes C63 AMG video presents three testes: the faster in a straight line, a fun-factor test decided by the way they drift and a race.

The Mercedes C63 AMG was faster on a straight line and got a 10 for drifting,
while the 2008 BMW M3 got only a 9.5.

In race mode however, while the Mercedes C63 AMG was faster, the 2008 BMW M3 proved to be more controllable and won. Even Mr. Tiff Needel had a hard time keeping the Merc on the race track, so the 2008 BMW M3 wins out vote.
