2012 Super Bowl XLVI: All TV Ads

 »  »  »

The TV ads aired during the commercial breaks of the Super Bowl are some of the most elaborate ones. Advertisers, and especially carmakers, spend millions of dollars producing them and they have extraordinary results. However, not all the TV ads the carmakers prepared for this year's Super Bowl XLVI follow these guidelines. In fact, some of them are actually disappointing. Still, we have to make a retrospective of this year's event, and the commercials, which made the breaks seem a little bit shorter.

Some of the car manufacturers, which promoted their products during the 2012 Super Bowl XLVI, include Volkswagen, Fiat, Suzuki, Cadillac, Toyota and many others. All their TV ads for the Super Bowl XLVI are available lower down this page.

If you visit ZerCustoms.com frequently, you have already watched Acura's ad for the future generation NSX. It features comedian Jerry Seinfeld and TV host Jay Leno.

Chevrolet Camaro commercial (please don't ever do this to your kid):

Chrysler's TV for the Super Bowl XLVI features Clint Eastwood who gives a most inspiring speech. You can't go wrong with Clint Eastwood, now can you? The ad is called simply "It's Halftime in America".

FIAT 500 Abarth commercial (It's called "Seduction". There's no need for words with this one):

Honda's ad featyuring Matthew Broderick, which was inspired by the "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" movie.

We guess Lexus worked on a tight budget for their Super Bowl XLVI commercial.

Suzuki puts together a sled and some 50 Cent beats to promote the 2012 Kizashi. It worked oput pretty well.

Toyota reinvents various things as well as the new 2012 Camry. Maybe they'll put some of the new inventions into production. Who knows?

Toyota's second ad aired during the Super Bowl also featured the new Camry.

And we saved the best for last. This is VW's TV ad for the 2012 Beetle. It features a weight-conscious little dog, and a touch of Star Wars.
