The German tuners from Performmaster revealed today a new powerkit for the 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG. Performmaster's power package increases the output of the 5.5-litre V8 biturbo engine from 585 hp and 800 Nm to 702 hp / 516 kW and a massive 1,000 Nm of torque. This is an increase of 145 hp, 106 kW and 280 Nm. Performmaster removes the top speed electronic limiter so that their modified 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG is able to reach the 320 km/h mark. Unfortunately, the tuner did not disclose the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time of their high-performance luxury sedan. The new powerkit includes the PEC Tuning-Module is basically a re-programmed ECU and probably a few other engine modifications. Performmaster is offering a 24 months or 100,000 km warranty for the engine and transmission.
The Stuttgart-based tuner did not disclose the price of their new power kit for the 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG.
