
The German aftermarket specialists from Loewenstein Manufaktur revealed today a new powerkit for the previous version of the Mercedes E63 AMG Powerkit. The E63 AMG's 5.5-liter biturbo engine develops 557 hp and 800 Nm of torque. Thanks to Loewenstein's powerkit, the same engine of the E63 AMG is able to deliver a maximum of 720 hp and 1,050 Nm of torque. Loewenstein's power kit for the Mercedes E63 includes a reprogrammed Engine Control Unit (ECU), special sports catalyzers and a K&N sports air filter. Apart from the performance kit, Loewenstein's E63 AMG is also equipped with a 25-millimeter lowered suspension system, a re-tuned Airmatic system, and a set of 20-inch 3-part RENNSPORT light alloy wheels with Michelin Super Sport tires. The car is wrapped in a ground aluminum look foil.
Loewenstein did not disclose the price of their new upgrades for the Mercedes E63 AMG sedan.
