In the latest episode of the TV show Fifth Gear, presenter and WTCC champion Jason Plato puts the new Mercedes E63 AMG against on of its German rivals - the Audi RS6 Saloon. The Mercedes E63 AMG is priced from 71,000 GBP and is powered by the 6.3-liter V8 engine that has been tuned to output 518 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque. The top speed of the Mercedes E63 AMG is limited at 155 mph and the manufacturer claims it can hit 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds. On the other hand, the more mature Audi RS6 is 5,000 GBP more expensive and has 54 hp more. The Audi RS6 also has the quattro all-wheel-drive system while the Mercedes E63 AMG is rear-wheel-drive.
