The first photos of the interior of the future generation 2014 Mercedes S Class leaked over the web today, along with a few details about the new version of the carmaker's flagship luxury sedan. Mercedes is expected to launch the 2014 S Class at the middle of May. This will probably happen in Hamburg, Germany. The new Mercedes S Class (2014) is going to have a new front and rear design, with a modified grille, new headlights with integrated LED DRLs, redesigned LED tail lights and restyled front and rear bumpers. At the interior, the 2014 Mercedes S Class is going to offer all the luxuries and equipment you would expect from such a high-end machine. Judging from these photos, Mercedes is using high quality materials such as leather, wood, aluminum and chrome.

For the new 2014 S Class, Mercedes is going to offer an analog clock for the dashboard, four individual seats covered in leather, a center console for the rear passengers, LCD screens integrated into the front seats, and ambient lighting. The new S Class (2014) will come equipped with the COMAND infotainment system, two LCD screens for the instrument cluster, a surround view camera and the Air Balance Package, which improves the quality of the air inside the cabin.



Some of the safety systems offered by Mercedes for the 2014 S Class include active seat belts, PRE-SAFE system, and Active Body Control.

According to various sources, Mercedes plans to launch the 2014 S550 4MATIC this fall, and the high-performance 2014 S63 AMG a few weeks after that.
