Mercedes released today the first teaser images of the future 2015 CLS, which is going to be equipped with Multibeam LED headlights. Mercedes is detailing this new headlights technology, which is going to equip most of its future models. The 2015 Mercedes CLS's headlights include high-resolution precision LED modules, each with 24 individually controlled high-performance LEDs. Four control units calculate the ideal light pattern 100 times per second, with the help of camera positioned behind the windscreen. The new Multibeam LED headlights come with dazzle-free high-resolution high beams, in addition to other functions, such as Adaptive Highbeam Assist, country mode, motorway mode, fog lamps, active light function, cornering light function, LED daytime driving lamps.
