The power masters at Brabus have released the first images of their take on the new, 2011 Mercedes CLS. Unfortunately, the Brabus 2011 Mercedes CLS preview offered today does not include any technical details. When Brabus got their hands on a CLS last time, they manage to build the Rocket - one of the fastest four-door models on the planet. There's no reason to believe they won't do the same with the Brabus 2011 Mercedes CLS.
The previous CLS had a 6.2 liter engine. The new 2011 Mercedes CLS has a completely new engine, which might need some development to get to the same levels of power as before.
Here's what they have to work with. From the
factory, the 2011 Mercedes CLS AMG comes with a new 5.5-liter biturbo engine that can send 525 hp and 700 Nm of torque to the rear wheels. We'll just have to wait and see if the Brabus 2011 Mercedes CLS will be able to get to the same 700+ hp as its predecessor.
