Audi revealed today at the 2013 Frankfurt IAA yet another version of the quattro. The Audi nanuk quattro seems to be an off-road / crossover version of the quattro concept, which has a Sport version too. The Audi nanuk quattro measures 178.78 in (4,541 mm) in length, 78.35 in (1,990 mm) in width, 52.64 in (1,337 mm) in height and it has a 106.69 in (2,710 mm) long wheelbase. Audi builds the nanuk quattro on its aluminum Audi Space Frame (ASF) using various carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) body parts. This construction gives the quattro nanuk concept a weight of 4,188.78 lb (1,900 kg). But not to worry! The nanuk quattro is powered by a newly developed, mid-mounted 5.0-liter V10 TDI diesel engine that develops 400 kW (544 hp) and 1,000 Nm (737.56 lb-ft) of torque from 1,500 rpm.

With this powertrain, the Audi nanuk is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 3.8 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 189.52 mph (305 km/h). In terms of efficiency, the Audi nanuk is rated with a combined fuel economy of 30.16 US mpg (7.8 liters per 100 kilometers).

Audi equips the nanuk quattro with massive 22-inch wheels, carbon-ceramic brakes, and an adaptive air suspension with electronically controlled dampers. The nanuk's ground clearance can be adjusted on three levels: normal, 30 millimeters (1.18 in) lower or 40 millimeters (1.57 in) higher.

The nanuk is also equipped with dynamic steering at the front axle and a second steering system for the rear one.

The Audi nanuk is equipped with the Ingolstadt carmaker's Matrix LED technology, upward-opening doors, wing-shaped cameras instead of the classic side mirrors, and vertical side blades similar to the ones of the R8.

For the interior of the Audi nanuk, they chose to use only the essential controls. These include the instrument panel, carbon fiber trim parts, a touchwheel for controlling various functions of the supercar, and sport bucket seats. The Audi nanuk concept comes with an instrument cluster, two small monitors that project side views, and aluminum styling accents.
