BMW CS into production
Tom Purves, the North American BMW CEO, told Automotive News that BMW might put into production a model closely based on the CS concept.

"Our dealers, having seen the photos, are very excited," Purves said. "They love it. […] If media and dealers like it, there's a good chance the customers will."

Tom Purves said that the CS is "not a stretch or modified anything". This suggests that the CS concept is realistic and we think should appeal to mainstream upper luxury buyers. We know that there been very few cases of BMW not following a concept car with a production model.
