The Mercedes uber-specialists from Brabus revealed today their initial aftermarket program for the new generation Mercedes S Class (2014). Even from the start, The V8-powered 2014 Mercedes S500 gets 537 kW / 730 hp (720 bhp) and 1,065 Nm (785 lb-ft) of torque. This translates into a 325 km/h (202 mph) top speed. Apart from the obvious performance upgrades, Brabus is offering a few discreet styling modifications too. We'll start with the "more power" part. The 4.7 liter V8 biturbo engine of the 2014 S500 gets the BRABUS B50 - 520 PowerXtra CGI performance kit, which adds 65 hp. This increases the output to 382 kW / 520 hp (512 bhp) and 820 Nm (604 lb-ft) of torque. With this pack, the new S500 (2014) can get from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.2 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h).

Brabus is offering several power upgrade levels, which can take you to as much as 650 hp (641 bhp) at 5,500 rpm and 1,000 Nm (516 to 737 lb-ft) of torque between 2,250 and 3,750 rpm.

However, the one you want is the BRABUS B63S, which puts 537 kW / 730 hp (720 bhp) at 5,300 rpm and 1,065 Nm (785 lb-ft) between 1,750 and 5,000 rpm under that classy black hood. This package includes a Gold Heat Reflection system for the intake and charge-air pipes, two bespoke turbos, larger compressor units, a low-temperature water radiator and a free-flow exhaust system with metal catalysts and 75-mm (3-in.) thick downpipes.

With these mods under your hood, the 2014 Brabus S500 is going to reach a top speed of 202 mph (325 km/h)

Apart from these power upgrades, Brabus has also developed a few other goodies for the new 2014 S Class. These include a new exhaust system with butterfly valves (it includes a discreet "Coming Home" button), an aerodynamically optimized body kit, 19-, 20-, and 21-inch wheels, and a new suspension system that lowers the ride height by up to 15 mm.

Brabus is going to announce the price of their new mods for the 2014 Mercedes S Class at a later date.
