The aftermarket specialists from Carlsson revealed today a limited edition of their C25 Mercedes SL, which comes with several improvements over the standard model. The Carlsson C25 Limited Edition is no less than 180 kg lighter than the basic C25, which is a huge weight loss. The Limited Edition C25 retains the safety structure of the Mercedes SL, but is has a completely new body made from carbon fiber. The Carlsson C25 also features redesigned front and rear lights as well as new windows (rear, and rear side). The new C25 also features composite brakes, an iPhone-controlled C-Tronic suspension, and aluminum tailpipes. To power the limited edition C25, Carlsson uses their V8 engine, which puts out around 450 hp.
The Carlsson C25 Limited Edition is going to be built in just seven units, at a price of around 630,000 USD each. Carlsson says that all of them have been sold already.
