GM unveiled today the new Chevrolet EN-V Concept, which represents the company's next step in the development of a safe, connected, zero-emissions personal transportation vehicle. In the following months, the Chevrolet EN-V Concept will participate in demonstration program in various cities around the globe. Chevy's EN-V, which is short for Electric Networked-Vehicle, is a two-seat electric car designed for urban use. It's equipped with climate control, wireless communication, and GPS navigation.

The lithium-ion batteries of the Chevrolet EN-V give it a range of up to 40 km on a single charge. GM considers this to be enough for most city drives.

The Chevrolet EN-V will be drivable both manually and autonomously, thanks to an innovative system that integrates the car's GPS and vehicle-to-vehicle communication.
