Chevrolet is going to present at this year's SEMA show in Las Vegas the new Colorado Performance concept. Chevrolet developed the Colorado Performance concept in collaboration with motocross racer Ricky Carmichael. The Chevrolet Colorado Performance has a 6'2" cargo bed, which can haul item up to eight feet long with the tailgate down. Chevy's Colorado Performance comes with a tailgate extender that helps secure the bikes and a CornerStep rear bumper. The Colorado Performance concept is also fitted with the GearOn system that allows you to hold larger items such as bikes, boards and kayaks above the bed. The pick-up truck can also hold 4x8-foot sheets of plywood above the wheelhouses. The Chevrolet Colorado Performance features a matte gray exterior finish with high-gloss silver and yellow accents, special 17-inch alloys, Goodyear Duratec tires, and a concept sport bar, which was added to the bed.

For the interior of the Colorado Performance, Chevrolet chose yellow styling accents, MyLink with a built-in 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and a rearview camera.

The Chevrolet Colorado Performance is powered by the 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 305 hp and 269 lb-ft of torque.
