It runs out we were right. The Eterniti Hemera is in fact based on the 2011 Porsche Cayenne. London-based Eterniti Motors released today the first images of their new super SUV, which will have its world debut at the 2011 Frankfurt auto show next week. Eterniti's Hemera is just a prototype at the moment, but its manufacturer promises it will put it into production in 2012. Eterniti says that the Hemera is built by hand and that it will bring new levels of levels of luxury and performance to the SUV segment.

With the Hemera, Eterniti Motors is trying to offer a limo-like SUV, with all the comforts you would expect from this type of vehicle. The Hemera features a drinks chiller, electric reclining seats in the back, and iPads.

Eterniti says you will be able to be chauffeured in the Hemera, but it will also be fit for you to drive it on your own.

The Eterniti Hemera develops 620 bhp and is able to reach a top speed of 180 mph. Judging from the images released by Eterniti today, the Hemera starts out in life as a Porsche Cayenne, after which it receives a new a aerodynamics package. The body kit includes wider wheel arches with huge air vents, a rear carbon fiber diffuser, a roof spoiler, a new bonnet, side skirts and a carbon fiber front apron. The Hemera also comes with a new exhaust system with two large tail pipes and new tail lights.

We'll have more details on the Hemera at the time of its premiere, on September 13th.
