In the following video Tiff Needell and Jason Plato from Fifth Gear do a comparison test between the Lexus IS-F and the BMW M3 sedan. The Lexus IS-F is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 and the BMW M3 is powered by a 4.0 liter V8. The BMW, although it has less power, it's also lighter. After comparing the two cars on the track, the M3 won the fight by just 1 tenth of a second.
Considering that this difference is too small to have a winner, they put the Lexus IS-F and the BMW M3 sedan through another test - the lady friend test.
