The Mercedes Concept BlueZero comes in three versions and previews the company's next B Class generation. The Mercedes Concept BlueZero will preview the company's low or emissions free technologies to be used in future models.

The three versions of the Mercedes Concept BlueZero are called E-Cell, F-Cell and E-Cell Plus. The Mercedes Concept BlueZero E-Cell is powered by an electric motor that outputs 100 kW and 320 Nm of torque and takes the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 11 seconds. It's top speed is 150 km/h.

The Mercedes Concept BlueZero F-Cell is a fuel cell vehicle that offers a better range than the 200 km/ of the E-Cell. Mercedes Concept BlueZero F-Cell will have a range of 400 km, but it's main drawback is the lack of hydrogen fuelling stations.

The Mercedes Concept BlueZero E-Cell Plus is powered by a turbocharged gasoline engine from a Smart that charges a battery. The third concept has a range of 600 km.
