The seventh video presenting the build process of the Nissan Juke-R has been released today. This time we take closer look at the bodywork of the high-performance crossover. In the clip, RML's engineers explain the process of making the various bespoke body panels for the Juke-R. The new parts are made from carbon fiber and include new side skirts, the front and rear bumpers, and the roof spoiler. The Juke-R also features wider wheel arches, required by its new rims/tires combination.
Nissan's Juke-R is currently a prototype, which will be built in only two units (RHD and LHD). In case there will be a serious market demand for it, Nissan will probably put it into production.
The Juke-R features the same powertrain as the Nissan GT-R, with just a few minor modifications.
In the next video, RML's engineers will explain the work that went into making the Juke-R handle the same way as the GT-R. Meanwhile, watch the 7th video of the series lower down this page.
