Say what? Seriously... these guys have the chance to own the "Mecca" of all that has wheels... and they say "Pass!". It's not that they don't have the funds to back it up. We're talking about ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club) here. In plain English, that's the German Automobile Club. These are the guys that watch over the only unrestricted highway system left in the world. And they do an amazing job, I have to say! Apparently, ADAC's offer was considered too low (our sources say it has 2 digits and "million" at the end). Well guys, you watch over the hundreds of miles of 300+ km/h highway, and leave the Green Hell for the highest bidder. I'm sure they will be "great" at it.
I guess there's a lot of money involved. But we don't really care about that. Keep it opened and keep it safe. The track is there already, so your job can't be that difficult.
