This is a video of the original BMW M1 doing some laps and the famous Nurburgring race track. There's been a lot of talk lately about the BMW M1 as it's turning 30. BMW released a new concept to pay tribute to the supercar - the BMW M1 Homage. A designer called HOSS made a very nice photoshop of his interpretation of a modern BMW M1 combining an M3 with a little R8 DNA.
We're left with the hope that BMW will join Mercedes (SLR) and Audi (R8) and build a new BMW supercar. Until that big day arrives enjoy the original BMW M1 Nurburgring video after the jump.
