Today we get the first chance to see the Pininfarina Cambiano concept, thanks to a number of images leaked by an Italian magazine. The world debut of Pininfarina's latest concept will take place next week, during the opening days of the 2012 Geneva motor show. Unfortunately, there are still no technical details available, when it comes to Pininfarina's Cambiano concept. The leaked images however, do give a few pointers. The Pininfarina Cambiano is a three-door coupe concept, featuring a regular opening front door, and backwards opening rear door. This is on one side of the concept. The driver’s side has just one door. This configuration offers an easier access inside the car for the rear passengers, in comparison to the standard system.

The Cambiano concept comes with LED headlights and rear lights, ambient lighting, and iPhone connectivity. A distinctive styling touch is given by the Cambiano's wooden floors and the wristwatch integrated into the center console. The asymmetric design of the cabin is definitely and interesting aspect of the Cambiano concept. However, it has been proven that this type of interior is not always practical in a production vehicle.

The Pininfarina Cambiano is equipped with four electric motors, each powering one of the wheels, and a microturbine. The microturbine is used to generate the electricity required by the motors. Early speculations says that the Pininfarina Cambiano is able to output around 320 hp and that it's able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.2 seconds.

We'll have more information on Pininfarina's Cambiano concept at the time of its debut.
