The new high-performance Porsche Cayman GT4 is going to have its world premiere next month at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The Porsche Cayman GT4's price is set at 85,779 euros and it will go on sale at the end of March. The GT4 Cayman is powered by a 3.8-litre flat-six engine with 385 hp (283 kW), that comes from the 911 Carrera S. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission with dynamic gearbox mounts. According to the official performance figures, the Cayman GT4 is able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.4 seconds. Its top speed is limited to 295 km/h. In terms of efficiency, Porsche rates the Cayman GT4 with a NEDC fuel consumption of 10.3 l/100 km. In GT5 Cayman has a 30 mm lower ride height than the regular Cayman. It has the same brakes as the Porsche 911 GT3.
The Porsche Cayman GT4 comes with improved aerodynamics, which include a front splitter, a fixed rear wing, and three inlet openings at the front. Optionally, you can equip your Porsche Cayman GT4 with PCCB ceramic brakes, full shell seats made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), a custom Sport Chrono Package with the unique Track Precision app and a Club Sport Package.
