Renault Alpine Celebration

The Renault Alpine Celebration concept had its world debut last weekend at Le Mans, previewing a future high-performance model. The French car manufacturer created the Alpine Celebration concept to celebrate Renault's 60-year racing heritage. The Renault Alpine Celebration was especially created for the Le Mans 24 Hours race. The new concept is an evolution of the Renault Alpine A110-50 concept from 2012. In fact, it's not so much an evolution as a concept closer to a production form. Unfortunately, Renault did not disclose any technical specifications regarding the Alpine Celebration concept. The new Renault Alpine show car is a two-seater coupe with a mid-engine rear-wheel-drive architecture. It features the classic blue Alpine livery, and it's design is inspired by the classic models that bared the same name.

The Renault Alpine Celebration features several carbon fiber body parts. These include the spoilers, side skirts, the rear diffuser, the rear air intakes and the mirror caps. It comes with large brake discs and orange calipers. The wheels feature a one-piece cast aluminum hub. For improved cooling of the engine bay, the Renault Alpine Celebration comes with air intakes integrated in the rear quarter panels. The new concept features a rear diffuser, brushed stainless steel exhaust tailpipes, and other racing inspired styling parts.
