The masters of power from MTM revealed today a new powerkit for the latest generation of the Skoda Octavia vRS. As you know, the Octavia vRS is powered by a 2.0 TSI turbocharged petrol engine that develops 220 hp. Thanks to MTM's power kit, the same engine now puts out 304 hp and an undisclosed amount of torque. The Octavia vRS powerkit from MTM includes a re-mapped ECU and a sport exhaust system with four tailpipes, two on each side of the sedan. Apart from the performance package, MTM also equips their new Octavia vRS with a limited slip differential, a new set of light alloy wheels finished in black, a stiffer suspension system and more powerful brakes. MTM estimates that the zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) acceleration time of the Octavia vRS is just over the 6.0 seconds mark.
MTM did not disclose the price of their new powerkit for the Skoda Octavia vRS.
