Subaru released today a teaser image of the XV concept which they will debut at the Auto Shanghai 2011. Subaru says the new XV concept previews the design of a future crossover vehicle, which will offer both the practicality of an SUV and modern styling. Subaru designed the new XV Concept for customers who want more than the currently available crossover models have to offer. They say the new Subaru XV will have good looks, improved benefits and packaging.
The general styling theme of the new Subaru XV Concept is "Enjoyment and Peace of mind", together with the company's new slogan, Confidence in Motion.
So far Subaru did not release any details
regarding the XV Concept's engine. However, they do mention that the future Subaru XV production vehicle will be equipped with the Symmetrical AWD (All-Wheel Drive) system.
The new Subaru XV Concept will be joined on the company's stand by various other cars, including Outback and a Chinese rally car.
