This video was captured by a surveillance camera mounted in the center of Bucharest, Romania. It managed to shoot a BMW M3 at the moment when it hit a pedestrian which crossed the street on a red light. On clip can be seen another man who waits for the green light while the other one races to the other side of the street. However, he is not the only one to blame. Our sources say the BMW M3 that hit him was racing the other car between stop lights. The pedestrian who got hit ended up under the BMW M3, but he managed to escape with his life and suffering serious injuries. This is exactly what happens when public roads are not taken seriously.
