Top Gear has released this video of the Porsche Boxster Spyder review made by James May for one of the show's previous episodes. Captain Slow drives the Porsche Boxster Spyder on the Top Gear test track and points out a few interesting facts about the new lightweight version. The Porsche Boxster Spyder is 80 kg lighter than the standard version, weighing 1,275 kg or 2,811 lb. The power however, comes from a 3.4-litre six-cylinder engine developing 320 hp, which is 10 hp more than the Porsche Boxster S. Equipped with the PDK transmission and the Sports Chrono Package, the Porsche Boxster Spyder can do some real damage on the race track. It's price however, will also do a bit of damage to your wallet - 53,100 Euro worth of it.
