Audi revealed at this year's Frankfurt auto show a the new 2011 R8 eTron technology demonstrator, but unfortunately, they did not disclose a lot of information regarding it. However, we did manage to spot a few differences between the 2011 IAA R8 eTron and the previous version of the concept. For starters, the 2011 Audi R8 eTron comes with a new bonnet, with a very large air vent in the center, a new front grille, which is now styled the same way as the grilles beneath the headlights, a new carbon fiber front apron, and new wheels. For the rear of the 2011 R8 eTron, Audi also used a lot of carbon fiber, especially for the middle section of the rear end, and for the small apron.
