BMW launched this week the first commercial for the latest generation 2012 M5. The new advert presents the 2012 M5 offering detailed views of the car's exterior and interior. BMW already premiered the 2012 M5 in its home country, at the Nurburgring race track. The British debut of the new M5 will take place at the Goodwood Festival of Speed at the end of this month, before going on sale on November 19th. The 2012 BMW M5 will be priced in the UK from 73,040 GBP.
The new 2012 BMW M5 is a true high-performance sedan, that's also fit for everyday use. It's powered by a 4.4-litre V8 engine equipped with a twin-turbocharging system and mated to a 7-speed transmission.
The 2012 M5 comes with Start/Stop and Brake Energy Regeneration for improved fuel consumption, but it also has an Active M Differential, launch control and a little M button for when you feel the "need for speed".
