2012 BMW M5 Spied

 »  »  »

The next generation 2012 BMW M5 has been spied recently on the Nurburgring race track and was caught on video. This time 2012 BMW M5 is wearing even less camouflage and lets out a little secret. If you watch carefully, the rear wheel arches of this 2012 BMW M5 F10 prototype show that the car will have a wide body kit on. The fenders seem to be wider than the ones on the regular 2011 BMW 5 Series. The camo strip on the hood of the car in this spy video may also hide a power dome of some sort, similar to the one on the M3.

The 2012 BMW M5 is expected to hide under its bonnet a 4.4-liter turbo V8 engine equipped with direct injection technology that will output around 580 hp and 700 Nm of torque.

Watch the new 2012 BMW M5 get spied on the Nordschleife in the video after the jump.
