Lexus released today a second teaser image of their unnamed concept for the 2012 NAIAS (North American International Auto Show). Lexus will premiere their new concept vehicle on January 9, 2012, at 13:25 PST (22:25 CET). Unfortunately, these are about the only details released by Lexus so far, regarding their secret new car. The new concept, which was developed at the company's studio in Newport Beach, California, previews the carmaker's future design language. Judging from the way the roofline falls behind the driver's seat, we could speculate that the new concept is a two-door coupe, which could have two or four seats. This body type is also consistent with the apparent driving position.
The teaser image released by Lexus shows an upscale interior, with several leather-covered surfaces, elegant lines and a sleek driver's seat.
