2013 Nissan GT R 0 60 Acceleration Time

 »  »  »

The 2013 Nissan GT-R 0-60 mph acceleration time was recently measured at 2.72 seconds. The same test confirmed that the 0-100 km/h acceleration time of the 2013 GT-R is 2.84 seconds. The video below shows the test that came up with these sprint times. However, the clip doesn't seem to be official. Apparently, the speed trials were conducted in Japan by third party testers. If this turns out to be right, then the 2013 GT-R is the fastest accelerating production vehicle, besides the Bugatti Veyron. We're still waiting for Nissan's official figures though.

The 2013 GT-R comes with several improvements over the previous version, including more power, and better handling. Nissan rates the new GT-R with an output of 550PS and 632Nm of torque.

This is 20 hp and 20 Nm more than the previous version of the supercar.
