Switzer launched today their new Signature Series wheels for the car they love most, the Nissan GT-R. After squeezing more than 1,000 hp out of Godzilla, Switzer decides its time to start changing its appearance a bit and to add their own kind of style. Switzer's new GT-R wheels are machined from a single piece of 6061-T6 forged aluminum. This helps increase the strength of the rims, while making them as lightweight as possible. Switzer says that if you equip your GT-R with their new Signature Series wheels, the car "will brake shorter, turn sharper, and accelerate out of corners harder". They say that the new rims reduce the unsprung weight.
Switzer's P800 and Ultimate Street Edition Nissan GT-Rs all come with the new rims and represent a distinctive feature by which you'll be able to recognize one of their original vehicles.
The price of the new wheels has not been announced.
