Kia premiered at this year's edition of the NAIAS the new generation of the Cadenza sedan (2014). The 2014 Kia Cadenza comes with a new interior and exterior design, more efficient engines and up-to-date technology. AS far as the exterior styling goes, the new Kia Cadenza (2014) has a new front bumper and grille, redesigned headlights, and a modified rear end with two oval exhaust tail pipes. For the interior of the 2014 Cadenza, Kia used higher quality materials. According to Kia, the new Cadenza (2014) was designed to be just as comfortable regardless the fact that you're driving on the Autobahn or in the Swiss Alps. The Korean carmaker equips the 2014 Cadenza with LED turn signals, HID headlights, 19-inch alloys, and LED taillights.

Its interior features a leather upholstery, wood and chrome trim parts, ambient lighting, an analog clock, and a 7-inch high-resolution TFT LCD screen in the gauge cluster.

The 2014 Kia Cadenza is powered by 3.3-liter V6 gasoline direct injection (GDI) engine that develops 293 hp at 6,400 rpm and 255 lb.-ft. of torque at 5,200 rpm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission, which offers a Sportmatic manual shift mode. The performance figures, fuel economy and the CO2 emissions of the 2014 Cadenza have not been announced yet.



Some of the safety systems offered with the new Cadenza (2014) include Advanced Smart Cruise Control (ASCC), Blind Spot Detection (BSD) and a Lane-Departure Warning System (LDWS).

The 2014 Kia Cadenza's price list has not been announced yet, but the carmaker says it will go on sale in the second quarter of 2013.
