Two Italian companies, Maggiora and Carrozzeria Viotti, announced recently the revival of the Willys. The first model of the range is going to be the 2015 Willys AW 380 Berlinetta. The Willys AW 380 Berlinetta is a two-door two-seat coupe with a rear-engine rear-wheel-drive architecture. The power comes from a 3.8-liter biturbo boxer engine that develops 610 hp and 830 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. With this engine, the 2015 Willys will be able to accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 2.7 seconds. Its top speed is rated at 212 mph (340 km/h). This is some serious performance! The 2015 Willys AW 380 Berlinetta measures 4,433 mm in length, 1,940 mm in width and 1,228 mm in height. It has a 2,418 mm long wheelbase.
The 2015 Willys comes with ceramic brakes, 19-inch alloys, an independent suspension system, and it weighs just 1,350 kg. The 2015 Willys AW 380 Berlinetta is going to be built in 110 units. The first one has already been sold. Its price starts at 380,000 Euros. Well, you can't expect to go from zero to 62 mph in less than 3 seconds without spending some money.
