Citroen revealed this week the new DS 6WR. The French carmaker released its initial specifications and a section of its equipment list. The Citroen DS 6WR measures 4.55m in length, 1.86m in width, 1.61m in height and it has a 2.73m wheelbase. Citroen's DS 6WR is inspired by the Wild Rubis concept car and it aims to be a premium SUV. Citroen equips the DS 6WR with 19-inch alloys and a new system called Grip Control. This technology optimizes traction on all types of terrain without a four-wheel drive system. The Citroen DS 6WR is going to be powered by either an e-THP 160 (160 hp) engine or a THP 200 (200 hp) engine. Both versions of Citroen's SUV come with a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
The Citroen DS 6WR is equipped with sequential direct injection with a high-pressure pump and a Twin-Scroll turbocharger.
Citron is going to sell the DS 6WR with Xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights, various chrome and aluminum styling accents, and a twin exhaust system. The Citroen DS 6WR's price and availability are going to be announced at a later date.
